Automatic new bakelite injection molding plastic machine
The thermosetting series of injection molding machines is equipped with special designed injection system and clamping system. The clamping unit is equipped with a high speed toggle mechanism to accelerate movement of mold opening/closing. Meanwhile, both steel and Bakelite plates are installed on clamping side of platen for avoiding high temperature generating from injection mold to machine platen. The air-breathing function is able to completely release air inside injection mold and increase forming rate. For injection unit, material temperature of barrel set is well controlled by three ways: electric-heating, water-cooling and oil-retaining, as well as oil temperature controller used at front end in order to performance best forming temperature and article quality.
Features & Applications:
1. Special tube& screw for wet dough compound BMC thermosetting injection.
2. Special type of liquid feeding device installed on the shot cylinder, connect with inlet pipe of the feeding tube directly, ensure the barrel won't be deformed by the force of feeding.
3. Segmented thimble function: it can be used to the mold design of the cold runner and short channel runner in order to reducing the waste outlet and save cost.
4. Adopts imported oil pressure element, oil seal, electrical element, ensure the quality, safety and durability.

b) How can I pay you?
A: After you confirm our PI, you can pay through T/T (HSBC bank) and L/C.
c) What`s the order procedure?
A: 1. First we discuss order details, production details by e-mail or online consultation (Wechat / WhatsApp).
2. Then we issue an PI for your confirmation. Customer should makes payment deposit before we enter production.
3. After we receive the deposit, we start to process the order.
4. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for machine details video to confirm and you should prepare the rest payment.
5. After the rest payment has been received, we start to ship out the goods for you.
d) How do you control quality through production process?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the semi-finished goods before they go into next step production process.
e) How do you handle when your clients received defective products?
